It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ricky A Matney of Smithfield, Virginia, who passed away on March 14, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Matney; his daughter Audra Matney Balisky (Michael); his granddaughter Dominique Balisky; his nephew William Blankenship (Diane); his nieces, Dr. Tonya Mitchell (Kevin), Dr. Cassandra Ferreira (John Ferreira), Wilma Melvin (Doug) and Dr. Linda Justus; and his pet Amos.
