He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Donald Horne (Lou), Robin Trussell (Rick) and Ken Shumaker (Ann); his grandchildren, Scott Horne (Megan), Kelly Jones (Tim), Sherri Medlin (Tim), Catherine Sites (David) and Shane Shumaker; his great grandchildren, Lahna Horne, Shepard Horne, William Jones, Connor Jones, Tenley Medlin, Parker Medlin and Rhenae Sites; his sister Ellen Holland; his sister-in-law Janet Atkins; and his brothers, Jess Atkins (Raye) and Oliver Atkins (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
