He is survived by: his wife Addie Vick Lowe of Virginia; and his stepchildren, Donna K. Post (Lloyd), Eunice Moxley (Edward) and Larry Hemrick (Sarah). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
