He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Kramer; and his brothers, James, George and Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Kramer; his sons, David (Deborah Kramer), Christopher (Cassandra Kramer) and Kevin (Bandi Kramer); his grandchildren, Janine (Jason Swiney), Tami, Meghan, Sarah, Evan, Dawson, Scott, Alex, Natasha and Makayla; his great grandchildren, McKayla, Giuliana, Charlotte, Carter and Kolton; and his brother Arthur Sydney (Pat).
In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to Smithfield Christian Church, 18420 Battery Park Rd, Smithfield, VA 23430.
