He is survived by: his wife Julie Elizabeth Cicero Radelt; his children, Avery Nicole Radelt, Parker William Radelt and Carter Daniel Radelt; his parents, Suzanne Maria Plante (Bill Walsh) and Michael William Radelt (Kathryn Harris-Radelt); his grandparents, Fred Radelt (Pam), Evelyn Radelt and Barbara Plante; and his close friends, Alex Hoffman, Chris Hnatkowicz, Merrick Radelt and Danny Reichert. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
