He was predeceased by: his father David Allen Splitstone. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Watkins Splitstone; his sisters, Charissa Kocijan (Brett), Michelle Splitstone and Amanda Leskody; his nephews, Avery, Ewan and Aiden; and his niece Kylie.
