She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Consyvilla Parker Payne of Suffolk, VA and Arcelious Payne; her daughter Whitney Payne (Tevin); her granddaughter Cimayiah Payne of Suffolk, VA; her siblings, Robert Payne (Jean) of Richmond, VA, Juanita Payne and Patricia Payne of Suffolk, VA; her niece Sheniqua Everett; her nephews, Christopher Payne, Brandon Wiggins, Michael Young and Chauncey Brown; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Da'Niya, Christopher Jr., Xavier, Destinee, Malia, Michael Jr. and Aaliyah; and her cousin Shelia Eure. She was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, relatives, and friends.
