He is survived by: his children, Owen and Mary; his wife Joyce Williams; his sons, Carl Williams (Alice) of Edmond, OK and Jeff Williams (Linda) of Lawton, OK; his daughter-in-law Lucy Williams of Seattle, WA; his grandchild Ian Williams of Brian Williams; and his siblings, Milburn Williams of Hampton, VA and Ethel Thompson (Kenneth). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, step children, step grandchildren, and one step great granddaughter.
