She was predeceased by: her parents, Proverbs Judkins and Ethel James of Surry, Virginia.; and her close friends, Linda Diane Clayton and Ida Cohen-Wells. She is survived by: her sons, Theodore R. Bailey, Jr. (Linda), Bruce Bailey (Sabrina) and Craig Bailey (J'na); her brother Henry P. "June" Judkins (late Lillian); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Bailey (late Homer) and Pamela Bailey (late Sterling); her goddaughter Michelle Bailey; her daughter-in-law Jacqueline Bailey; her grandchildren, Theodore R. "TJ" Bailey, III, Whitney Bailey-Barnes (Andre), Jessica Bailey-Mayo (Derek), Bruce Bailey, Jr. and Cayla Bailey; her stepgrandchildren, Dacia, Aaron, Kennedi and McKenzie; her great grandchildren, Caden, Derek Jr. and Dawson; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Zariah and Zachary; and her close friends, Barbara Jean Robertson, Judy Redmon, Rhonda Bradby, Jackie Stephens and Frances Taliaferro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
