With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James H. Hall Jr. (Smithfield, Virginia), born in Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on January 1, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Hall, Sr. and Elsie B. Hall. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Hall; and his brother Warren Hall.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donations to the SDC Foundation, NAACP Milwaukee, or the ACLU of Wisconsin.
