He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; and his children, Diane Rosenthal (Gary) of Smithfield, VA, Hubert Rhodes, Jr. (Debbie) of White Stone, VA, Edward Rhodes (Tanya) of Jacksonville, FL and Steven Rhodes of Smithfield, VA. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
