She was predeceased by: her parents, Helene Rose Michura Mele and Michael Rocco Mele; and her adoptive father John Joseph Smith. She is survived by: her husband Michael Biondi of Smithfield, VA; her children, Elisabeth Biondi (Neil Ford) of Hampton, VA and Matthew Biondi (Bethune Grindley) of Winchester, VA.; and her grandchildren, Elisabeth, Sarah and Isaiah. She is also survived by her three much loved.
