He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry McAllister Cooper, Jr. and Margaret Grace Patterson Cooper; his wife Betty Louise McKown Cooper; his children, Tammera Missel (Kevin) and Harry McAllister Cooper, IV (Caroline); his grandchildren, James Cooper (Kaitlyn), Susan Kempinger (Jayson), Rebekah Kennedy (Zach), John Cooper and Patrick Missel; his great grandchildren, Winter and Ember Kennedy; and his sister Jackie Russell (Jane Miller).
