He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline "Jackie" (Bleakney); his children, Renee Coffman (Jack) and David Mentzer (Marci); his grandchildren, Alexa Pullen (Sean), Brandon Coffman and Cheyenne Coffman; his great grandchild Avery Grace; his brother Michael Mentzer (Michele); his niece Brittany; and his nephews, Michael and John.
