He is survived by: his children, Deborah Sheppard Shern Clarke (Wayne) and Rodney Spratley Evette Brooks (Ronald); and his sisters, Doretha Lee, Peggy Coleman (Arthur) and Evelyn Spratley. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family and friends.
