It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francine Blizzard of Smithfield, Virginia, born in Newport News, Virginia, who passed away on March 24, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Louise James and Ivan James; and her sister Faye Yvonne James. She is survived by: her sister Joyce Burton of Seabrook, Texas.; her husband Lawrence E. Blizzard; her children, Wanda Blizzard of Milwaukee, Angela Bremby (David) of Virginia Beach, Venus Taylor (Lowell) of Nassau, Bahamas, Lawrence Blizzard, Jr. (Dorothy) of Smithfield and Jewel Blizzard of Smithfield, Virginia.; her grandchildren, Joseph Rush III (Joy), Delvenia Brown (Jeffrey), Lenisha Jackson-Miles (Charles), Lowell Taylor II, Antoine Taylor (Paige), Fanshawn Taylor-Evans (John), Lawrence Blizzard III (Shaquanna) and Lauren Blizzard; and her great grandchildren, Kimaana Miles, Kedar Miles, Khemi Miles, Henry Rush, Cash Rush, Jahzara Manley, Shamiyah Taylor, Ahmyas Taylor, Briylin Taylor, Juan'Yae Evans, J'Adore Evans and Sincere Blizzard. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
