We are sad to announce that on October 9, 2022, at the age of 94, Eugene Hambden Carter of Smithfield, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Paul Carter and Alice Stevens Carter; his wife Juanita Horne Carter; his daughter Anita Carter Moore; and his brothers, William Carter and James Carter.
He is survived by: his daughter Laurie Ann Carter; and his son-in-law Michael Moore.
