He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace D. Gwaltney and Doris Darden Gwaltney; and his sister Aileen Edwards of Smithfield. He is survived by: his wife Becky Gwaltney of Smithfield; and his daughter Megan Elizabeth Gwaltney of Philadelphia.
