She was predeceased by: her mother Ernestine Horton; and her husband Leonard E. Willams. She is survived by: her children, Rita Williams, Lisa Williams, Gloria Sessoms, Love Drummond, Lucky Drummond, Leon Drummond (Helen) and Judy Drummond; her grandchildren, Nikkia McCalla, Marcus Williams, Kevin Williams, Toya Solomon (Aukeaus), Jamarcus Perry (Muricia), Andrew Riley and Jamarcus Perry Jr.; her goddaughter Monica Wertz (George); her brothers, Otto Saunders, Lawrence Vernon Saunders and John Thomas Saunders; and her close friends, Merrill Boone, Rose White, Mary Thomas and Cathy Brown. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
