He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgetta Spratley and Robert Spratley, Sr.; his siblings, Rebecca Tucker, Pecolia Daye, Thelma Skeeter and Robert Spratley, Jr.; and his nephew Michael LaMont Spratley.
He is survived by: his wife Paula McGowan; his children, Michael, KaShauna Georgetta Spratley and Charles Henry Spratley, Jr.; his stepson Thomas Earl Ferguson, Jr. (Stacey) of Newbury, CA; and his siblings, Elizabeth Edwards (Charlie), Floyd Lee Spratley and Walter Ray Spratley (Ester). He is also survived by his grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
His gifting in charity was great and he required nothing in return.
