She was predeceased by: her husband William Earl Smith, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Smith (Michael Webb), Larry Smith (Christi Queen), James Smith (Stephanie Gwaltney), Garry Smith (Barbara) and John Smith (Pam); and her grandchildren, Christopher, Eric, Jimmy, Lee, Troy, William, River, Nick, Adrianna, Elizabeth and Samantha. She is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren.
