She is survived by: her parents, C. Scott Whitten and Patricia "Teresa" Gail Hart Whitten; her husband Scott Daniel Colley; her children, Wyatt, Jessa, Caroline, Emma and Ethan; her brother Christopher Whitten (Destinie); her grandparents, John, Kathi Whitten, JoAnn and Bill Campbell; and her cousins, Lele Chavez, Karlee Quesenberry, Ronnie Quesenberry and Justin Quesenberry.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Amber's Kindness Memorial Fund.
