He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow, Sr. Hardy and Mildred Gayles Hardy; his wife Marlene Wright Hardy; and his siblings, Barbara White, Woodrow Hardy, Jr. and James Curtis Hardy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Melvin Hardy of Chase City, VA, Nancy Hayes of Chase City, VA and Joyce Hardy of Clarksville, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the C. H. Harris Funeral Home (5717 US-58, Buffalo Junction, VA 24529).
