She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Hall and Edna Hall (Carter). She is survived by: her husband Carl E. Joines; her daughter Angela Flynn Tuck of Chase City; her stepson Brian E. Joines (Shannon) of Oxford; and her grandchildren, Cody Dylan Tuck of Chase City, Morgan Grey of Oxford and Owen Michael Joines of Oxford.
