He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe B. Blackstock and Lille Salmon Blackstock. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly White, Tamara Anstadt and Joanna Blackstock; his brother Thomas Blackstock (Ann); his fiancé Blair Stephens; and his partner's children, Donna Tollerson (Steve), Tommy Hendrick and Shelby Tollerson (Leon).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations to Hospice of Virginia-Farmville, Liberty Baptist Church or Hunting Creek Baptist Church be considered.
