He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Walter and Rosa Ellis Moore. He is survived by: his wife Mary Esther Moore of Skipwith, VA; his children, Curtis Tyrone Brown of Baltimore, MD and Christen Moore (Tonya Stein) of Carlisle, PA; and his sisters, Sudie Mae Woodard (Theodore) of Baltimore, MD and Rosa Ragin of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
