He was predeceased by: his parents, Lish O. Fox and Mary Louise Parham Fox; his wife Ina Ruth Spivey Fox; and his sister Mary Ellen Reamey. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Kay Myrick (R. J.) of Littleton, NC and Larry James Harris (Pam) of Ocean Isle, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren, two great grandchildren and numerous nieces and great nieces.
