He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Seay and Berta Seay; and his sister Bertie-Jo Werth. He is survived by: his wife Janice Marie Seay; his daughters, Teri Peters (Doug), Cheryl Seay, Pam Coy (Pat), Jan Sullivan (Mark) and Amy K. Lydon; and his grandchildren, Buster Saunders (Amanda), D. J. Peters (Courtney Marie), Charlie Whitley, Jarrod Saunders (Jamie), Courtney Sipes (Zach), Josh Peters (Megan) and Hayden Sullivan (Aleena). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
