She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred James and Elsie Elmira Reynolds Persinger; her husband Robert "Bob" Lincoln Roadcap Sr.; her son Robert Roadcap, Jr.; and her siblings, Virginia "Jenny" Ella Woodson, James "Bill" William Persinger, Bernie Richardson Persinger, Edgar "Lee" Persinger and Donald "Jake" Ray Persinger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Lynn Roadcap and Mary Shipe of Singers Glen; and her sister Betty Lou Wright. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews.
