With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Franklin Frank Sr. of Singers Glen, Virginia, who passed away on June 26, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Buck" Benjamin and Edna Pearl Pence Frank; and his siblings, Louise Ritchie, Reba Shipp, Leonard Frank, Catherine McDorman, Ruby Hessler and Ernest Frank.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Estep Frank; his children, Richard "Bugsy" Frank Jr. (Becky) and Susie Armentrout (Kenny); his grandchildren, Angela Clements (Robert), Joseph Frank (Amber) and Shanna Billhimer (Brandon); his daughters, Tara Hardy and Krista Westfall (Wes); his great grandchildren, Conner, Caleb Barnes, Peyton, Tyson Frank, Cooper, Katelyn, Callie Billhimer, MaKenna, Ryan Hardy, Aedon, Cole and Dalton Westfall; and his siblings, Roxie Fulk, Virginia "Sissy" Stroop (Ralph), Charles "Sonny" Frank (Wanda), Gary Frank and Carolyn "Faye" Terry (Tony).
