He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Shoemaker and Frances Bare Shoemaker; and his brother Leon Shoemaker. He is survived by: his former wife Lisa Shoemaker; his children, Belinda Wagman Boothe (Jason) and Adam Shoemaker; his granddaughter Cora Lynn Ward Good; and his nieces and nephews, Jonathan, Priscilla, Cassie, Samantha, Haley and Ashley Rodeffer.
