She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney McClure and Hazel Lee Shoemaker Lam; her brothers, Sidney Lam Jr. and Carter Lam; and her uncle Owen Shoemaker.
She is survived by: her son Nicholas Hornick of Singers Glen; and her sisters, Brenda Lam, Sharon Burkholder and Gayle Head.
