He is survived by: his son Chester Hinegardner of Singers Glen; his siblings, Debbie Hartman of Harrisonburg, Darlene Long Williamson, Melissa Hoover, Rebecca Dean of Pidgeon Forge, TN, Audrey Force of Spring, TX, Harry Eugene Hoover of Harrisonburg, Lee Price of Mathias, WV and Michael Hoover; his granddaughter Piper Hinegardner; and also Wanda Wegmen of Mt. Crawford.
