It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alfred Charles Otto of Singers Glen, Virginia, born in Evanston, Illinois, who passed away on September 11, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred H. Otto and Rella G. Boigegrain Otto; and his brother Joseph Otto. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Otto; his brother Paul Otto; and his daughters, Jill Hermann, Robin Kemper, Jessica "Jessie" Milam and Trina Otto. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
