We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sylvia (Lowder) Collins of Shenandoah, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Lowder and Esther Bentley Lowder; and her son Donald E. Collins. She is survived by: her children, Curtis Collins (Stacia) of Shenandoah, VA, Linda Sue Collins of Wheelersburg and Thomas Collins of Columbus, Ohio; and her sister Eloise Salyer of Portsmouth, Ohio. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made for the upkeep of the Granny Thomas Cemetery.
