He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Etherton and Virginia Arbeiter Etherton; and his son Patrick White. He is survived by: his wife Donna Etherton; his daughters, Lindsay Etherton and Lacey Etherton (Nathan Sampson); his siblings, Bradley Etherton (Denise) and Carolyn Taylor; and his grandchildren, Elijah Sampson, Ashby Sampson, Colton White and Nakota White. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
