He was predeceased by: his mother Tonya Marie Eppard Hoover; and his grandparents, Leroy Hoover, Georgie Kyle Hoover and Joyce Williams Eppard. He is survived by: his father Isaac L. "Ike" Hoover; his grandfather Chester Eppard; his aunt Renee Eppard (Chris Caracofe); and his cousins, Cody Shifflett (Mady) and Haley Crawford (Amber).
