He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Terrance and Norma Talmadge Mills. He is survived by: his wife Linda Merica Mills; his daughter Tiffany Mills-Hutchens (Edward) of Orange; his sister Tracy Stratton of Shenandoah; his granddaughter Ripley B. Hutchens; his nephews, Logan and Nash Stratton; and his close friends, Jimmy and Phyllis Slye.
