He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Clarence Huffman and Dorothy Arlene Huffman (Dahmer); and his sisters, Shelby Huffman Steele and Janelle Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sara Huffman; his children, Gabe Huffman (Nicole) and Christina Phillips (Scott); his sisters, Linda Meyerhoeffer and Peggy Meyerhoeffer; his grandchildren, Jasmine, Miakota and Joseph Phillips; and his close friends, Michael and Angelique Dawson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oak Grove Church (2279 Fleeburg Rd, Shenandoah, VA 22849). A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Oaklawn Mausoleum and Memory Gardens (1921 Shutterlee Mill Rd, Staunton, VA 24401).
