She is survived by: her son Carroll James Slye (Tracy Stratton) of Shenandoah; her granddaughter Kelsey Alexandra Slye of Charlottesville; her brothers, Isaac Dovel (Joanne) and Olen Dovel (Francis) of Elkton; her siblings-in-law, Joseph Sly of Shenandoah, Gene Sly of Harrisonburg and Mary Sly of Harrisonburg; her nieces, Sharon Morris of Shenandoah, Cynthia McAlister (Carolyn Hammer) and Tracy; her nephew Everett Eaton (Nedra) of Oklahoma; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan Stratton of Elkton and Nash Stratton of Shenandoah.
