He is survived by: his brother Donald Ray Secrist (Linda) of Shenandoah; his wife Betty Jane Flick Secrist; his children, Delana Secrist (DeDe) and Col. Philip Moyer Secrist (Flip); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Nicholas and Caroline Zimmerman of Shenandoah. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
