He is survived by: his children, Timothy Sullivan of Lincoln, NE, Patrick Sullivan of Shenandoah, Kevin O'Sullivan of Elkton, Colleen Young (Andrew) of Canby, OR and Joan Sullivan of Lincoln, NE; his sister Anne S. O'Laker of Shenandoah; and his stepchildren, Pete Wysong, Kathy Madison and Michael Dovel. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
