He is survived by: his daughters, Penny Collier (Barry) of Shenandoah and Patricia "Patty" Lam (Steve) of Elkton; his sister Ruth Bankard (Charles) of Charlottesville; his grandchildren, Briana Sutherland (Justin), Cheyenne Simmons (Chase), Jessica Collier (Jesse) and Kendall Collier (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Caroline Simmons, Peyton, Daniel and Clinton Sutherland.
