She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond and Hester Balser Sr.; her siblings, Raymond Balser Jr. and Katherine Hummel; and her husband Johnny E. Breeden Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Johnny Breeden Jr. (Beth) of Stanley, Ruth Sonifrank (Nelson) of Timberville, Patricia Ross (Greg) of Florida and Jeffrey Breeden (LeeAnne) of Elkton; her siblings, Samuel Balser (Linda) of Timberville and Mary Rinker of Bridgewater; and her sister-in-law Barbara Lam Balser of Elkton. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
