He is survived by: his sons, Larry Austin (Gloria) and Gary Austin of Shenandoah; his grandsons, Scott Austin (Rhonda) of Ruckersville, Chad Austin (Amber) of Stanley and Derrick Austin (Julie) of College Station, TX; his great grandchildren, Graham, Garrett, Gavin, Hayleigh, Karleigh, Chayse, Nataleigh Austin and Chloe; his sister Phyllis; his brother-in-law Eddie Vaughan; and his close friend Frank Durrett.
