He was predeceased by: his parents, Ulis and Marie Isaacs of Hyattsville, MD. He is survived by: his sisters, Nettie Jennings and Janet Eanes of Murfreesboro, TN; his children, James Darin Isaac, Charles Edward Isaac of Mt Airy, NC, Troy Harrison Isaac of Baltimore, MD and Laurie Lea Isaac of Shenandoah, VA; and his grandchildren, Meagan Lea Isaac of Shenandoah, VA, Destiny White and Thora Bayley Burke of Staunton, VA.
