It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jacob Carl Foltz Jr. of Shenandoah, Virginia, born in Newport, Virginia, who passed away on January 15, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Carl and Essie Mirium Strole Foltz; and his siblings, June, Charlotte, Carolyn, Doris and Clifford Allen. He is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
