She was predeceased by: her parents, Erich Kurt and Erna Frieda Kulse Eberhardt; her husband Berlin Randolph Lam; her siblings, Heinz Eberhardt and Gisela Martin; and her half-sister Irmgard Ahfeldt.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Lam of Shenandoah and Shirley Davis (Larry) of Elkton; her grandchildren, Wes Davis of Harrisonburg and Heather Lam of Luray; her sister Eveline Schermer of Berlin, Germany; and her close friends, Doris Basil of Wiebelskirchen, Rita Reid of Shenandoah and Betty Grimsley of Shenandoah.
