She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Koontz and Ida Koontz; her husband Roy Dale Karnes; and her siblings, Evelyn, Doris, Pat and Floyd (Buck).
She is survived by: her children, Dale Karnes (Nancy), Betty Short (Larry) and Susan Kelly (Jim); her sister Shirley Judd (Paul); her brother-in-law Harry Glenn; her grandchildren, Jodi, Joseph (Jessica) and Roy (Lindsey); and her great grandchildren, Piper, Ashlyn, Jacob, Kymani and Leona.
