He was predeceased by: his parent Ollie Vernon Turner; his daughters, Kathy Sue Correa and Nancy May Shifflett; his siblings, Margaret Comer and Jennings H. Turner; and his wife Peggy Ann Shenk Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Wayne Turner (Lori Dofflemyer) of Elkton, Connie F. Turner Cave (Doug) of Shenandoah and Judy K. Hinegardner of Elkton; his brother Robert G. "Bob" Turner (Dolores) of Clifton Forge; and his sister-in-law Betty Turner of Shenandoah. He is also survived by six grandchildren, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kyger Funeral Home - Elkton (115 Nicholson Rd, Elkton, VA 22827).
